Receptionist/ Showroom Host (Automotive)

JOB TITLE: Receptionist/ Showroom Host (Automotive)


LOCATIONS: Burgess Hill


HOURS: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and occasional Saturday & Sundays 10am - 5pm


DURATION: Temporary - Ongoing


PAY RATE: £10 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits


Key responsibilities within your role would be:



  • You will be working as a Receptionist/ Host within a luxury car showroom

  • You will be answering a busy switchboard, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages

  • You will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring callers and visitors have a great experience


Experience and skills required:



  • Excellent customer service

  • Customer Focused, with a warm and welcoming manner

  • Keen eye for detail, punctual and organised

  • Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance

  • Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative

  • Understand handling confidential information

  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently
