JOB ROLE: Receptionist / Secretary

Full-time or part-time hours available

£25,000* depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Represent the company as Front of House Ambassador

  • Provide an outstanding customer service at all times to both clients and colleagues

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner

  • Answering the telephones, directing calls to appropriate colleagues, taking accurate messages

  • Managing emails and postal system

  • Filing documentation and taking payments

  • Assist with daily queries, both internal and external


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Polite and professional manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous office experience is desired but not essential
