JOB ROLE: Receptionist / Office PA


JOB TYPE: PERMANENT


COMPANY: A reputable company within the construction industry.


HOURS: 8:30am - 5:00pm - Monday - Friday

SALARY:
£22,000 - £25,000 *depending on experience

LOCATION: 20 minutes from Norwich City Centre

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Represent the company as Front of House Ambassador

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner

  • Managing a high number of calls and directing these through the switchboard

  • Organising itineraries and co-ordinating travel

  • Providing administration support to company directors and wider team across the UK

  • Maintaining the office and board rooms


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A pro-active thinking individual who can take initiative

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Previous experience is essential for this role
