Job Details:

  • Receptionist & Office Manager

  • ASAP START *The successful candidate must be available immediately

  • £27,000 - £28,000 *depending on experience

  • 8:30am- 17:30pm

  • City of London (Fully office based)


  • Managing and supporting the front of house desk and barista area

  • Diary and email management

  • Meeting arrangements and setting up meetings

  • Liaising with and greeting visitors

  • Supporting the admin team with general duties

  • General day to day coordination and administrative duties.

  • Managing the office stock orders and dealing with deliveries


  • Someone with exceptional customer service skills and who is able to provide the best support to employees and clients

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

  • Someone bubbly, approachable and social

  • Able to work well with all levels of seniority

  • A naturally organised 'go to' person who always goes above and beyond

  • Someone who is happy to be client facing in a busy environment and also provide administration support with a focused approach
