The Company

A great opportunity has arisen to join our client as a Receptionist at their head office on a permanent basis. Our client is a charity, and you would be joining a very lovely close-knit team where you would be made to feel like part of the family.

The Role

  • Answer incoming calls, redirecting/taking messages

  • Greet all visitors and ensure they follow the signing in procedures

  • Maintain reception areas, set up meeting rooms and provide refreshments to visitors

  • Monitor, distribute, and action emails enquires

  • Maintain manual and computerised records, ensuring records are kept up to date

  • Receive and distribute mail

  • General admin duties, photocopying, filing etc

  • Order office supplies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy

  • Experience of working in an office environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Able to maintain confidentiality

  • Able to work flexibly as needed

  • Previous reception experience

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Driver (desirable but not essential)
