Receptionist and Administrator

Salary - £20,000

Location - South Bermondsey

Perks: Pension scheme, friendly sociable team

20 days hol + bank hols

Hours: 9:00am -5:00pm Monday - Friday
This role will be 100% office based

Start Date: January 2022

This successful construction company are looking for a friendly and confident Receptionist to provide front of house and administrative support the business.

Duties of the role:

  • Managing and covering the reception

  • Ensuring the Reception is always presentable and tidy

  • Answering calls promptly and in a professional manner

  • Ensure all visitors sign in and out

  • Help resolve customer queries

  • Order office supplies

  • Book and maintain meeting rooms and the calendar and ensure they are set up for meetings

  • Admin support to the Director and management


  • Available to start a role immediately

  • Some previous experience within Reception or Admin

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
