Office Angels are looking for a switched on and personable Receptionist to join an Events company based in Stratford.

In this position you will act as first point of contact for all members and visitors providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression.


Stratford | Office Based | Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm (Rota/shift basis) | £12ph | 6-8 weeks with potential to go permanent

Customer Service/Administration



  • Based on the reception desk you will be the key point of contact for members and visitors providing a professional and friendly service

  • Serve as a primary resource in assisting members within the Centre; whether showing a member to a meeting room, preparing their desk for move-in, troubleshooting basic technical issues, providing beverages for meeting rooms

  • Administrative duties include but are not limited to: delivering member mail, ordering supplies, preparing meeting rooms, booking external client meeting rooms

  • Serve as a resource for members seeking information, assistance or recommendations

  • Provide the image and service representative of a 5-star Centre by professionally greeting members, communicating clearly and effectively, taking pride in the Centre appearance and enjoying a professional working environment.

  • Responsible for completing daily operational checklists and for communicating any areas of concern to the Community Manager


Key Experience:



  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

  • Good command of the English language (written and verbal).

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong Customer Service skills

  • Previous events experience desirable but not essential.
