Receptionist


  • Switchboard experience - answering and transferring calls and taking messages when required

  • Experience in ordering office supplies and handling incoming and outgoing deliveries

  • Monitoring multiple mailboxes and responding to staff queries

  • Greeting and looking after visitors

  • Strong Microsoft office and Office 365 skills (excel, outlook, word etc.)

  • Booking taxi's and carriers when needed

  • Maintaining and replenishing kitchen, caf� and meeting rooms

  • Data Entry, scanning and filing documents electronically

  • Ideally experience using Microsoft Teams

  • Office maintenance when required

  • Ad hoc admin support (guidance/training by the members of the admin team will be provided)

  • Professional and presentable manner
