Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Office angels are very proud to be working our of our clients looking to recruit for a receptionist for their main desk based in Eltham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors

  • Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them

  • Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building

  • Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs

  • Ad- hoc duties

  • Keeping office presentable for all visitors

Person specification:

  • Great customer service skills

  • Office software proficiency

  • Handling multi-line phone systems

  • Basic computer skills

  • Professional demeanour
