Job Title: Receptionist


Location: Regent Centre, Gosforth


Remuneration: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour


Contract Details: Temporary, immediate start for approximately 4 weeks


Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week, offering an excellent work-life balance! 🌈


💼 Duties include: 💼



  • Serving as the warm, smiley face of the business centre and ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors

  • Greeting and assisting individuals arriving for property viewings, directing them to the appropriate areas, and gathering necessary details

  • Managing incoming emails, answering calls, and handling mail handling tasks such as franking

  • Coordinating with the cleaning supervisor, handyman, and other external service providers as needed.

  • General administration duties.
