Are you looking for a Reception role in an executive environment?



Here at Office Angels Edinburgh we are recruiting for a Receptionist to join our clients team. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm with a salary of up to £22k. Based in Edinburgh City Centre.


Job Purpose



To provide a professional reception service, both in person and on the phone. Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors to the office.



Job Description



  • Provide efficient reception duties, including answering the telephone, greeting visitors and assisting with security passes.




  • Assist with staff catering requirements including staff social lunch and breakfast.




  • Ensure all office areas and meeting rooms are kept clean, presentable and well stocked with required materials.




  • Sort, scan and distribute incoming mail.




  • Arrange for outgoing mail to be processed and arrange couriers when necessary.




  • Assist with off-site meetings, events and venue hire.




  • Assist with arranging taxis for staff and external guests.




  • Liaise with office suppliers for consumables, recycling, deliveries etc



Skills




  • Confident communicator with a pleasant telephone manner



  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



  • A proactive approach to tasks using own initiative



Knowledge and Experience Required




  • Customer focused experience in similar environment




  • Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)




  • Good typing ability with speed, accuracy and attention to detail
