Job Role: Receptionist (Corporate)

Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm (3 months contract starting week commencing 28th November 2022)

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Location: Central Birmingham

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an articulate and well-presented individual to take on the role of a Receptionist for our client based in Central Birmingham. You will be required to provide professional reception support within corporate serviced office premises and play an integral part of the front of house team. Within this position you will be the first point of call for all visitors / employees therefore it is imperative that you are polite and most importantly create a brilliant first impression.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Operating a switchboard in a warm, confident and happy manner

  • Meeting and greeting visitors / employees

  • Ensuring all visitors to the building receive first class customer service

  • Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms

Skills / Requirements:

  • Previous reception experience essential

  • Excellent communication skills - confident to meet new people on a daily basis

  • Customer-orientated approach

  • Offer flexibility to cover annual leave / staff absence
