Full Time, Permanent Role - Based near Bank Station

Our client, a prestigious Law Firm based within the heart of the City are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a Permanent basis.

This is an ASAP start full time, permanent opportunity, so you must have recent experience within a similar role and match the requirements.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a Front of House role and has a proactive and professional approach to work along with being organised, paying high attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond.

  • Coordinating front of house reception and being first point of contact for clients and visitors in a professional and prompt manner.

  • Booking meeting and boardrooms and making sure they all are kept in neat and tidy manner at all times as well as setting up these rooms in advance to make sure everything required is ready and prepared prior.

  • Answering telephones calls and dealing with queries including transferring calls when needed using a switchboard service as well as dealing with incoming emails on a regular basis.

  • Conducting daily checks to make sure all areas are up to standard and dealing with any issues or reporting to Team Leader.

  • Checking stock and supplies levels and refilling or ordering when needed.

  • Working on events and providing quotes for catering and events to person in charge.

  • Working with members of the business to support and organise any events, catering, IT equipment, paperwork etc.

  • Picking up extra duties when other Reception staff on annual leave.

  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be requested.


  • Must have previous front of house experience.

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written skills.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Extremely professional and ability to provide a high-quality service at all times.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.

  • Extremely organised, ability to multitask and confidence in their capabilities.
