Here at Office Angels we are seeking Receptionists for our clients in and around Birmingham. Whether you are looking for a part-time, a full-time or an ad-hoc role to fit around your current commitment. We offer pay rates starting from £10 per hour.



Key responsibilities



  • Front office reception, answering calls, preparing for meetings including ordering lunches and refreshments. Printing and binding of documents.



  • Other administrative duties as required



SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Experience with Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Willingness to learn
