We are recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to work as part of a small team based in Lutterworth working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm


As the Receptionist / Administrator the Role will include:



  • Telephone answering and first point of contact with our clients

  • General administrative duties

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Filing

  • Data Entry

  • Assisting clients with property enquiries

  • Assisting other departments as and when required


To be successful as the Receptionist / Administrator we are looking for the following



  • Professional telephone manner

  • Excellent spelling and grammar

  • Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office

  • Accurate database entry skills

  • Well organised with excellent time management skills

  • Excellent typing skills
