We are looking for DBS Receptionists/Administrators to join our highly prestigious client based within the City of London. This is ideal if you are looking for some ad-hoc receptionist work or even an ongoing position with the potential to go permanent.

The ideal candidate will have receptionist or administration experience, be a strong communicator with ability to liaise at all levels, be committed to their role and available immediately.

Requirements:



  • Must have Receptionist or Administration experience

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to liaise at all levels

  • Available immediately

  • DBS highly desirable

  • Organised, reliable and professional individual with ability to prioritise tasks and meet set deadlines

  • Ability to excel within a fast-paced environment



Duties:



  • Answering the telephone, taking accurate messages and passing to the correct department

  • Representing the company as a Front of House Ambassador, meeting and greeting clients and contractors in a professional manner

  • Issuing visitor passes and access cards

  • Manage meeting room diary

  • Deal with collections and deliveries, distribute as required

  • Assist with daily queries, both internal and external

  • Supporting the team with all Administration

  • Inbox management



Requirements:



  • Must have receptionist experience

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to liaise at all levels

  • Have a professional, reliable and hardworking attitude

  • Available immediately

  • Proven experience working with MS Packages

  • Be organised, with ability to prioritise tasks
