Role - Reception
Contract - 3 Months
Salary - 18500 to 20000
Hours - 9 to 5 (35 hours per week)
Start date - Immediately


Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to be the first point of contact for Not-for-Profit organisation based in Aberdeen City Centre. The role will be for a period of three months and due to the nature of the position you must be able to commit to the entirety of the contract.

Salary: - £18500-20000k - depending on previous experience.

Due to the aim of the charity you will be empathetic and comfortable dealing with sensitive cases of a potentially difficult nature.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of dealing with sensitive cases and be knowledgeable in Data Protection legislation. The ability to work within strict confidentiality guidelines is essential in this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team predominantly to provide customer service and administrative support to the organisation. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of business support and should be able to proficiently use MS Office packages.

Key responsibilities:

* Taking ownership of inbound calls - recording messages accurately
* Greeting visitors to the business
* Providing customer service excellence at all times
* Delivering exceptional service and communicating in a clear and concise manner
* Keying accurate information into the client database
* Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all tasks
* Reporting on sensitive subjects and acting in a timely manner
* Photocopying/filing
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
* Attend and participate in team meetings
* Ensure data is up to date and is readily available

Key skills:



* Customer service and call handling
* Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel
* Previous experience of dealing with sensitive information
* Knowledgeable of GDPR regulations
* Be personally resilient, reliable and assertive


This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) - Monday to Friday.
