π₯ Main Purpose of the Job:
As a Temporary Reception Administrator, you will be at the forefront of the organisation, acting as the main point of contact for all visitors. Your role will involve carrying out various administrative tasks to support the school's staff, students, parents, and visitors. π«
β¨ Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Handling incoming inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitoring access to the school site and ensuring proper identification
- Registering students' sign-ins and sign-outs
- Providing essential information about school activities to staff and visitors
- Arranging and booking meeting rooms
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering and distributing stationery and office supplies
π In addition, you will support the Administration & Communication Team with various tasks, including:
- Emergency first aid support and welfare assistance
- Administering the electronic registration and attendance system
- Maintaining school uniform and equipment loan
- Assisting with reprographic duties
- Undertaking general clerical and administrative duties
- Supporting event preparations and admissions process

- A well-organised and responsive administration service
- Positive feedback from staff, students, parents, and visitors
