JOB TITLE: Receptionist/Administrator


LOCATION: Chatham, Kent


SALARY: £20k - £22k dependant on experience


HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company in Chatham who are recognised for providing excellent service to their clients. Our client is looking for a full-time permanent member of the team to join them for an ASAP start!



The day to day duties in your new job would be:




    • Based on reception, meeting and greeting clients





    • Answering calls and taking messages





    • Typing and formatting letters





    • Sending invoices to clients





    • Typing up notes and client files





    • Handling the post, scanning and distributing





    • Supporting the office with Administration




We'd love to speak to candidates who have:




    • Confident front of house and telephone skills





    • Strong IT skills including MS Office





    • Who are available immediately to start this permanent role
