Role: Immediately Available Corporate Receptionist



We are looking for an experienced Front of House administrator to join our client based in central Victoria with its many accessible transport links.

The ideal candidate MUST be available to start immediately with no notice period, this role is temporary until end of


December so we would need your commitment until the end of the role.



JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately - You must be available immediately if you apply for this role



HOURS: 07.00am-4.00pm or 09.00am - 6.00pm



SALARY: £12 - £14 per hour



LOCATION: London - This role is office based (nearest station is Victoria)

KEY RESPONSIBILITES



  • Meeting and greeting clients in reception, client facing meeting rooms and lounge areas with a smile in a friendly, professional and courteous manner

  • Looking after all internal and external clients when in FOH areas-providing directions, support and care

  • Working with confidential information

  • Managing Emails/Inbox in a timely manner

  • Using Microsoft Office, Outlook, DMS, Teams/Zoom, Manhattan meeting room booking system and Jabber/ ARC Console switchboard systems

  • Maintaining stationery and necessary equipment in the meeting rooms

  • Re-directing and screening the calls as appropriate and taking adequate messages when required

  • Ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role or relevant position

  • Available to start immediately

  • Have a positive attitude

  • Hard working and determined

  • Relevant education/qualifications

  • Competent with Microsoft Office Packages

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organised

  • Confident and comfortable on the phone

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
