Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year


About Our Client:


Our client, a dynamic and innovative company, is looking for a Business Support Executive to join their team. With a strong vision for growth and a dedication to delivering exceptional service, our client is seeking a motivated individual to provide administrative support and coordinate the smooth running of their operations.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and coordinate the work for the staff based in-house as well as those who are based in other locations.

  • Manage client portfolios and respond to client queries or allocate them to the relevant department.

  • Manage workflow and allocate tasks to team members based on client requirements.

  • Handle telephone calls, manage client portfolios, and respond to client queries or allocate them to the relevant department's attention.

  • Act as a shadow for the management team, providing relevant support with operations.

  • Carry out diary management, organise client meetings, prepare presentations, and take minutes.

  • Attend meetings, including external meetings and business collaborations.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and attend networking events to bring in new clientele.

  • Adapt to new schemes and embrace challenges and opportunities with a fresh perspective.


Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficiency in using relevant applications and collaboration tools.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
