JOB TITLE: Receptionist Administrator - Immediate Start

LOCATIONS: Haywards Heath

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

DURATION: Temporary - potential Temp to Perm opportunity

PAY RATE: £12 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits

Key responsibilities within your role would be:

  • To ensure all front of house services are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes answering the telephone, managing calendars, scheduling, and servicing meetings, inward and outward mail along with a variety of other tasks.

  • To ensure that office space is presentable and maintained to a high standard, working with all employees to encourage tidy working and making efficiencies where we can to create a vibrant space to work in.

  • To manage incoming deliveries, including organising the storage and post room - working collaboratively with our client partnership teams to get stock put away in an orderly fashion.

  • To support with ad hoc admin tasks, from an operations, resourcing, traffic and HR point of view.

  • To support with the organisation of company, management, and team meetings, and events.

  • To support the Leadership Team with calendar management, travel booking and other ad hoc administrative tasks as appropriate.

  • To support Senior Operations Manager with routine facilities/maintenance tasks, ensuring the office is a safe place for employees and visitors.

  • To support the HR team in routine admin associated with learning & development.

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent customer service

  • Customer Focused, with a warm and welcoming manner

  • Keen eye for detail, punctual and organised

  • Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance

  • Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative

  • Understand handling confidential information

  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently
