We are delighted to be recruiting for this successful and award winning legal firm based within the heart of the City in their search for a Receptionist Administrator. You will be perfect for this role if you a personable, approachable and a confident communicator with the ability to multitask within a fast paced environment. Your purpose is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, manage meeting rooms and welcoming guests.

JOB TITLE: Receptionist/Administrator

HOURS: 9:00am-5:30pm

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:




  • Welcome guests and ensure they are offered refreshments

  • Answering phones and liaising with various clients, transferring calls to the correct department and taking accurate messages

  • Manage the meeting room diary and ensure all meeting rooms are clear and set for the next upcoming meeting

  • Ordering stationary for the office as and when required

  • Managing the inbox and resolving queries



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Be punctual with tasks and prioritise

  • Energetic and hard working

  • Experience within a similar role

  • Motivated, go-getting and outgoing personality

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • MS Office, strong communication and prioritisation skills
