Quotations Admin

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a company in Ringwood. Our client are coming up to their busy period due to the nature of their business, so this could be a temp role through the whole of summer for you! There is also the potential this will turn into a permanent role.

ROLE: Quotations Administrator

SALARY: £11.06ph (£23K perm equivalent)

LOCATION: Ringwood

ROLE TYPE: Temporary

HOURS: Monday to Friday with 2 shift patterns 7.30-4.30 or 8.30-5.30, 1 Saturday in every 4, paid as overtime

START DATE: week commencing 30^th January

Role purpose:

• Dealing with queries over the phone and via email


• Preparation of quotes


• Liaising with customers on quotes


• Log and processing quotes received via email and telephone

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Confident and competent user of Microsoft office


• Ideally have a knowledge of SAP


• Has great organisational skills


• Has great attention to detail
