£28-£31k depending on experience



We are recruiting for an experienced qualifications coordinator to join a non-profit organisation based in South East London.



This person will be providing academic administrative support, organising new training courses in connection with the organisations initiatives within the maritime industry.



Duties of the role:



  • Working closely with training institutes, professional bodies and companies globally to provide the coordination of courses

  • Student management

  • Help create bespoke courses for the industry

  • Deal with enquires about assessments/courses

  • Occasional international travel to attend conferences

  • Adhoc administrative duties



Requirements for the position:



  • Have previous experience of coordinating academic courses

  • Happy to travel internationally when needed

  • Previous experience within the maritime industry (advantage)

  • Able to work off your own initiative

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Confident IT skills



This role will be both home and office based depending on government guidelines.
