As a Purchasing Administrator, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with other departments and contribute to the smooth operation of the organisation.
Role: Purchasing Administrator
Salary: Circa £25,000pa - negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Purchase goods, services, and materials in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with supplier audits to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in purchasing systems
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate purchasing activities and support organisational goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a purchasing department is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using internal databases
