JOB TITLE: Part Time Purchase Ledger


SALARY: £25,000 (Pro Rata £13,450 per annum)


HOURS: 3x days a week 9:00am - 5:00pm | 21 hours per week - (flexible depending on candidates requirements)

Office Angels is delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join a thriving business based in Swindon. Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience in Purchase Ledger, looking for part time hours and wanting to join a friendly team. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge and wanting more of a work life balance.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Enter Mechanical Invoices

  • Enter Electrical Invoices

  • Match Mechanical and Electrical Invoices with Delivery Notes

  • Send RAP Invoices to managers for authorisation

  • Enter Petty cash Slips - send RAP for authorisation

  • Chase Credit Card Receipts

  • Enter Credit Card Receipts

  • End of Month Payment Runs
