£12 - £14p/h dependent on experience
8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Temp to Perm opportunity


Duties;




  • Responsible for managing the day to day purchases process for the business

  • Processing invoices through to our accounting software

  • Ensure PO processes are adhered to

  • Complete Statement Reconciliations

  • Assist with Month End tasks (Prepayments/Accruals)

  • Supplier payment runs and allocating payments

  • Work with finance team to support colleagues

  • Work on driving improvement


Experience required;



  • Previous experience working in a similar Purchase Ledger Role

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • A team player who works effectively with others

  • Ability to work on own initiative to prioritise own workload

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Be an ambassador for finance excellence
