Monday to Friday 9am-3.30pm
Temp to Perm Opportunity
Immediate start
£12 - £13p/h - £24'000 - £26'000
Northampton - own transport required

Previous experience using SAGE is required

Duties to include;

  • Responsible for managing the day to day purchases process for the business

  • Processing invoices

  • Ensure PO processes are adhered to

  • Complete Statement Reconciliations

  • Assist with Month End tasks (Prepayments/Accruals)

  • Supplier payment runs and allocating payments

Experience required;

  • Previous experience within Purchase Ledger

  • Confident at using SAGE

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work on own initiative to prioritise own workload

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner

  • Ability to work under pressure
