£13 Per Hour

An amazing opportunity for an established Purchase Ledger to provide support and cover to other members of the Finance team as required.

To work as part of a team to ensure that all the Association's financial transactions are properly recorded in the Association's books and records, in accordance with the Association's laid down financial policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain an efficient accounts payable function ensuring that invoices and expense claims are processed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

To be able to administrate trade payments to suppliers and other business partners, as well as reimbursing employee expenses when applicable.

Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited too:

  • Invoice Processing

  • Expense Processing

  • Payment Processing

  • Maintenance of Creditors Ledger

  • Administration of Credit Card Expenditure
