As a Part time Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Advisor and Senior Partner in generating leads and driving sales campaigns. Your responsibilities will include proactively contacting existing and prospective customers, liaising with agency teams to generate leads, and supporting the training and development of the team to enable cross-selling of financial services products.

Job title: Part time Appointment Coordinator
Hours: 21 hours a week, between the hours of Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00
Location: Dover, Kent. Your own transport is required for very occasional holiday/cover in Tenterden and Ashford.
Salary: £22,000 FTE
Duration: 3 month FTC, with the possibility of an extension
Hybrid: 12 days working from home per year FTE subject to Manager agreement, ensuring the offices can remain open for customers.

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to provide excellent customer service and generate financial service leads.
- Collaborating with the Financial Advisor and Senior Partner to generate leads from agency teams and achieve agreed targets.
- Supporting the training and development of the team to improve lead generation and encourage engagement with financial services.
- Coordinating with the telesales team to deliver sales campaigns for financial services.
- Assisting the Financial Advisor by booking appointments and reviewing the progress of financial services sales, identifying areas for improvement.
- Building effective working relationships between the agency teams and the Financial Advisor to meet objectives for the agency and customers.
- Driving support and managing performance against lead targets to ensure objectives are delivered effectively.
- Consistently delivering excellent customer service, meeting their needs, and exceeding expectations.

- A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in a targeted and driven sales role.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and work effectively under pressure.
