We are recruiting for our client in Lutterworth working as part of a team in brand new offices for an experienced Property Manager and you must have both Commercial and Residential experience to join our award-winning Chartered Surveying team working 9am - 5,30pm Monday
As the Property Manager your duties include
Acting as a key contact with Landlords, Tenants, and service providers to ensure high quality estate management.
Monitor the day-to-day management of properties, including evaluation and instruction of repair and maintenance works and subsequent monitoring and budgeting of fees and expenses.
Lead on the co-ordination of the suppliers in the development and implementation of technical and strategic projects to ensure compliance with new and current legislation, best practice, and improvement of the performance of portfolio.
Assist our existing team of Chartered Surveyors with professional work such as Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Dilapidations.
To be successful as the Property Manager we are looking for the following:
Demonstrable knowledge and experience operating in either a commercial or residential property management role.
Knowledge of lettings, rent collection, maintenance, repair and disposals processes and technical aspects of general practice surveying.
Experience of working with suppliers to develop effective working relationships and manage performance to ensure delivery through the supply chain. Ideally have a working knowledge of property management software and CRM databases such as Propman and Agency Pilot or similar.
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office.
