Leasing Management Executive Responsibilities:



  • Coordinating with leasing agents and property managers to work on lease negotiation and conclusion of new lettings / renewals/ rent review, and sustaining good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners

  • Monitoring consultants to provide quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration

  • Handling and coordination on renovation and fit out works, takeover/handover of premises, and all the related tenancy matters

  • Monitoring the leasing portfolio and reviewing asset positioning to maximize usage of resources

  • Consolidating revenue and expenses of leasing portfolio against budgets set

  • Preparing periodic business plans, asset management reports as well as financial model to management for review

  • Facilitating formulating and implementing marketing and leasing strategies for the company's portfolio

  • Constantly keeping abreast of the most current leasing market information and championing innovative leasing initiatives.

  • Analyzing financial information, industry data and economic statistics, and preparing research reports

  • Good networks with real estate agents and industry practitioners will be a plus

  • Strong negotiation and communication skill and solid experience in handling leasing documents and dealing with property management practitioners independently

  • Strong market sense, proactive working attitude with asset management mindset.

  • Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well versed in using Excel for financial modelling

  • Competent in translating marketing strategies to leasing management

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and client management skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive. Strong common sense and innovative.

  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
