My client is looking for someone to join the operations team in a full-time role. You will be responsible for ensuring buildings are compliant and of a high standard using the CRM system on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the initial inspection templates are completed fully and are uploaded

  • Providing access when required

  • Completing monthly inspections for the clients (all inspections to be completed for their property portfolio within any given month)

  • Inspections to be completed fully with photos and detailed descriptions where required

  • All inspections to include meter readings for all meters we are responsible for

  • All living spaces to be inspected and photographed every month without fail

  • Property Inspector must leave a notice in every room to say that they have entered

  • Each living space photo must show the notice which the property inspector has left in the room following their inspection

  • Ensuring that all communal areas are inspected and photos are taken

  • Ensure that any issues encountered during the inspections are either raised as a ticket, reported directly to the appropriate internal department or both

  • When a property is inspected, report issues directly back to the appropriate department as follows:

  • Maintenance issues: to be raised as a ticket

  • Urgent Guardian or maintenance issues to be raised a ticket and reported directly to the correct department ASAP to action the problem

  • The relevant account manager will need to be informed

  • Liaising with Care team if tenant issue arises in the property

  • Delivering 'Notice to Quits' to tenants

  • Ensuring all email and phone queries are dealt with in a timely manner

  • Deliver notices and letters to the tenants when required

  • Complete property hand backs along with the account manager

  • Ensure that the hand back form is completed and is passed to account manager to be signed by the client

  • Ensure that the property is left in the same or better condition than when we took management of it

  • Ensure that the property is locked and secure and that all keys are returned to the client

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in meeting targets and KPI's

  • Critical problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information thoroughly and understand its significance

  • Must have a UK driving licence

  • Outstanding organisational and time management

  • Be resilient

  • Performance-related bonuses: £100 tax-free monthly bonus linked to ITPs

  • Performance-related bonuses: 3 months of hitting KPIs: £250, 6 months of hitting KPIs: £350, 12 months of hitting KPIs: £700. Total: £1,300

Office Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday. Office based role 9:00-5:30
