JOB ROLE: Property Admin and Lettings Executive


JOB TYPE: Permanent


HOURS: 09.00am - 5.30pm


SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS


LOCATION: Fulham - hybrid and travel around Chelsea/Fulham etc sites

DUTIES INCLUDE:



  • Co-ordination in the marketing and advertising of the business - including social media, events, signage, mailers etc

  • Maintenance and accurate updates of the company systems in place - i.e., online drop box, smartsheets and hard copy records

  • Maintaining a working relationship with clients, tenants, brokers, and suppliers

  • Receiving enquiries, updating the associated enquiry sheets, and issuing information to enquirers

  • Proactively following up with received enquiries and dealing with a high volume of incoming leads

  • Maintaining relationships with online brokers and agents

  • Liaising with the Business Rates Advisors on the property and co-ordinating the necessary signed forms

  • Updating all project sheets

  • Maintaining and updating records in relation to the property

  • Property inspections, handovers and exits

  • Organising for compliance checks in the property, being aware of when compliance is due in the properties

  • Involvement in the marketing and advertising of the project

  • Recommending and co-ordinating events for the project properties

  • Keeping up to date with competitor set ups and pricing in the operated areas

  • Any other duties required


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Must be based in and around SW to easily get to the Fulham office within 30mins

  • Must have 1-2 years minimum in a property or lettings role

  • Passionate about business

  • Clear drive and ambition to succeed

  • Very high level of attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Proven experience working in administration

  • Self-motivated and able to impact the business positively

  • Good planning and organisational skills
