JOB TITLE: Production Manager

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

COMPANY TYPE: Promotional Merchandise

SALARY: £30,000-35,000 per annum

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

LOCATION: Brixton, London

CULTURE: Busy, hard-working, collaborative team


  • Gathering cost prices, stock levels and lead-times from suppliers

  • Calculating mark-up and preparing quotations

  • Sourcing products from global suppliers

  • Raising purchase orders

  • Supporting the Sales Director

  • Supervising our junior staff members to ensure deliveries are sent out on time

  • Order Management - liaising with suppliers & delivery companies, ensuring client deadlines are met

  • Involvement in preparation of promotional newsletters and mail-outs

  • Involvement in the company's social networking campaigns, blogs etc

  • Database management - including qualifying information & contact details

  • Assisting with RFIs & RFPs and supporting presentations with the Sales Manager at client pitches and tender applications


  • Min 1 years' experience within the promotional merchandise industry

  • Excellent attention to detail, good with numbers and processing data

  • Confident communicator - fluent in English, both written & spoken

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Personable, trustworthy & reliable

  • Takes initiative, can multi-task and work unsupervised

  • Enthusiasm to take ownership and develop own projects
