A BRAND NEW and EXCITING opportunity to join a leading company in Kent as their Project and Quality Supervisor to increase the capabilities and quality of a nationwide service department.


The Role:



  • Quick response to station failures that are discovered using our internal escalations process. These sites will be all over the UK and will be when the customer is able to meet this specific member of team on site with the support of an engineering team if required.

  • To engage with customers and upsell servicing all site to try and better the system to ensure the customer gets longevity out of previously failed systems.

  • Day to day project supervision of any service jobs of high value. This will include developing good working relationships with sub-contractors as well as being able to co-ordinate big projects. This does include composing risk assessments and method statements.

  • Quality assurance on random installations carried out by our Service team. This will be organised by the operations team.

  • Make use of our extra works department by gathering all relevant information on big refurbishment projects and/or compose quotes using our Clik service programme.


Skills Required:



  • Must be approachable and have an open mind

  • Must be able to work in fast pace environments

  • Must be good with customers

  • Must be literate and punctual and able to compose emails professionally

  • Must have a clean driving license

  • Must work using initiative and communicate well with service management

  • Must work well in a team
