JOB TITLE: Project Manager

LOCATION: Eastbourne

HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

SALARY: £32,000 - £35,000 p/a (dependant on experience)

Office Angels is teaming up with the Hiring Manager during an exciting time of growth within the company, we're looking to recruit an Project Manager to join the expanding team.

This exciting opportunity for someone who will be sitting at the heart of the business, to lead a small and dedicated Project Coordination team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • High level people management for managing a small team of project coordinators and a purchasing / procurement area; conducting 121's, personal development, training and other line management duties

  • Manage all projects whilst monitoring the day to day work flows with special projects and against Company objectives

  • Ensure the consistency and improve the Customer Experience, quality and scheduling of delivery

  • Responsible for the success of project delivery, overseeing the small team of project coordinators and supporting them by promoting appropriate methods

  • Attend meetings for production and planning

  • Lead project status meetings

  • Making sure you identify process issues quickly and making recommendations for improvement

  • Manage all projects are properly planned with departments across the business to ensure seamless delivery

About you:

  • Proven Project Management is an essential

  • Qualifications and knowledge of manufacturing is desirable

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Packages, CRM and ERP systems is essential

  • Understand quality control and complaints and their processes

  • Ability to improve processes

  • High level numeracy skills

  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Loves working as part of a team

  • Ability to prioritise and work to timescales
