Project Management Support Officer

Office Angels currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join a well known health care organisation on the outskirts of Exeter. Part of the Project Management Team, you will support the delivery and implementation of a range of significant projects across the group.

Hours: 40 hours a week

Hourly rate: £15.77 per hour

Location: Exeter

Start Date: ASAP

Length: 6 months fixed term

The Role:

You will assist in managing the day to day provision of a comprehensive, efficient project management office. This will involve close working with key team leads, Senior Management Team, and project teams within the Group, and may also include working with external stakeholders.

You will co-ordinate several projects, including defining objectives, developing project plans, establish and maintain project files, action planning and co-ordination of work, highlight reports, project meetings and escalating areas of concern to the Head of PMO. You will support team leads in all aspects of the project and change work from initiation to implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluation, update project risk, and will be responsible for project governance.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with strong project management skills (preferably PRINCE2) and experience working in change management. The successful candidate will have strong multitasking skills, proven ability to work to tight deadlines and previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
