JOB TITLE: Project Director

CONTRACT: Permanent


HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm (Flexible & hybrid working available)


SALARY: £70,000 dependant on candidate experience


START: ASAP


LOCATION: City of London

This client are disruptors in the marketing industry as they specialise in creative, experimental, and immersive marketing techniques that allow their clients to understand the real time experience and benefits of impactful techniques.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Managing of the project plan and project life cycle for a sizeable retail account that is fast paced & complex

  • Use of standard project management methodologies and governance forums, including work stream management, steering groups, and reviews

  • Manage the financial performance of the Project & Client, ensuring target revenue and profit is delivered and controlling costs effectively

  • Line management of a team effectively, demonstrating leadership in line with company values and fostering a loyal and high-performing team

  • Constantly seek out new opportunities with your customer to expand

  • Lead in the collation, presentation and actions derived from trading agile retail stores


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • PRINCE2 or AGILE (any other project management equivalent) Qualification/Certification*

  • Health and Food Safety Qualification/Certification*

  • You will be an expert project manager, and have a proven background managing and delivering high-pace, complex projects, preferably in a retail setting

  • General understanding of a retail setting including, employees and people, through to logistics and supply chain processes, and to property/leases

  • Able to be 'hands on'

  • Strong data and analytic skills, able to interpret complex information and create insightful understandings

  • Self sufficient

  • Flexible and adaptable mindset and work ethic

  • Strategic and creative approach

  • A natural leader

  • Strong and effective communicator at all levels

  • Management of internal, external, direct, and indirect teams
