Our Client based near to Prudhoe are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a company who have grown continuously and expect further growth, alongside a supportive and positive working environment.

Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours

Start date: ASAP

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

A mix of home working and office working is in place for this role

Due to location the successful candidate must have access to their own transport.

The duties of this role include:

  • Procurement and expediting of engineering components from quote stage through to delivery

  • Shipping and customs clearance

  • Ownership of spare part projects

  • Collating client Technical Queries and managing deadlines

  • Collating accurate financial and resource information for the Project Owner

  • Production of documentation packs

  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team

  • Visit work sites as required (largely within North East England)

  • Participate in training and development programmes, as required


  • Must be a team player

  • A valid UK driving licence

  • Ambitious with the drive to succeed

  • Experience working within a medium to large business

  • Meticulous and accurate with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent IT skills (particularly MS Excel)

  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi task due to high volumes of work and tight deadlines

It is vital that you are career focused, ambitious, and determined to succeed. Due to the location of the role you must have access to your own transport. You will also be required to travel to their Blyth site on occasion.

This client offers a company-wide bonus scheme to all staff and a shares option scheme after 12 months.
