HOURS: 09:00-17:30 Monday - Friday (full-time office-based role)


SALARY: £26,000-£30,000

Our client is a thriving office fit-out and design company looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to support the success of the business. You'll report to the Head of Project Support and work within a small and close-knit team of administrators, supporting the wider team of designers.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Raising purchase orders and work orders

  • Creating back office system Jobs

  • Updating Contractor Cost Trackers

  • Collating Project Documents (contractor quotes, waste transfer notes etc)

  • Purchasing and Procurement

  • Verifying Contractors on HMRC

  • Creating SOW's

  • Documenting and Chasing Contractor Insurances

  • Creating & update Leads database

  • Creating client Quotes on back office system

  • Updating Job Status and Due Dates on back office system

  • Setting Up Suppliers / Contractors on back office system

  • Document amendments & preparation (Adobe)

  • Managing and preparing ISO / Audit documents

  • General support for Head of Project Support - line manager

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A good problem solver

  • Calm under pressure

  • Superb customer service skills

  • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual

  • Adept as a team player but also capable to work self sufficiently
