Project Coordinator / Office Administrator

Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm

We are proudly recruiting for our client, related to the power and energy sector, who are based in Greenwich and seeking a new permanent member of staff. This position would be working for a fast-growing innovative organisation which designs, builds, operates, maintains, and finances low carbon district energy networks.

Duties of this role will include:

  • Receive readiness report from client and confirm acceptance

  • Update progress tracker of unit status

  • Resource works with engineer(s) through the Resource Planner using CMMS software. Work with engineers and wider scheduling team to coordinate availability

  • Update scheduler with engineer's holidays and sick days

  • Work reports and certificates to be organized and stored in folders on SharePoint

  • Submit certificates to client at regular intervals (program driven)

  • Monthly progress report to Head of Internal Projects

  • Create Microsoft / Google Forms and certs as and when new projects arise

  • Create quotes for works

  • Purchase parts and supplies

  • Order office supplies and assist with regular deliveries

  • Liaise with regular contractors and service providers to the office and energy center

  • Work closely with other schedulers within the O&M department

The ideal candidate:

The perfect candidate for the role will be organised and self-starting to compliment a fast-growing business. The candidate will be able to think for themselves, developing an understanding of how planned and reactive service works.

  • Fully IT proficient; Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project) as a minimum

  • Excellent organisational skills, time management and planning

  • Able to work as a member of a

  • Great communication
