We are currently recruiting on behalf of our returning client who due to maternity leave are looking for a new temporary team member to join their already vibrant team to support their current projects for a minimum of 10 months.
Located in Broxburn, West Lothian, the role and duties are for a project coordinator on a temporary basis, Monday - Friday, core office hours and with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis after the initial training period.
The project coordinator is responsible for all the administrative duties required to support the project manager and team members to keep all projects running smoothly. Duties will cover overseeing the smooth running of various projects from an admin perspective covering roles such as delegated works by two project managers, supporting the central point of communication for any query's and liaise with the site teams, reviewing and issuing survey programmes including updating survey status and survey uploads as well as various project assistance.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
- Have great attention to detail ensuring the smooth running of the project from an administration perspective.
- support the central point of communication for queries and liaise with all parties
- Support planning and processes to ensure project KPI's are met.
- Issuing of programme surveys and collating the findings
- Gathering completion documents and files together in preparation for submission to clients.
- Liaise with internal departments and external companies to ensure accuracy of documents submitted, resolve queries.
- Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
Skills and Abilities
- You will have senior administrative skills and data entry experience
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Strong coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service
