Project Coordinator - Immediate Start

This is a very operational project support role for a consultancy in Holborn and a TEMP-TO-PERM opportunity.

JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Temp but could become Permanent

SALARY: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience

COMPANY TYPE: Consultancy

HOURS: 9:30am to 5:30pm

We are looking for an ambitious person to join our Corporate Support Team as a Business Administrator. This role plays a key part in the company being able to meet its strategic goals. The successful candidate will be passionate about the unique role they can play in helping the company achieve this, as it is uniquely placed across all business streams.

Role Accountabilities

  • To provide effective administrative support to all functions of the business to enable them to keep being brilliant and improve

  • Help handle the data, pro-actively develop processes and systems

  • Help the company meet their goals and in turn develop yourself operationally too

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver effective administrative practices to ensure the efficiency and improvement of business operations

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes

  • Provide administrative support to all workstreams

  • Manage administrative processes to help drive and achieve effective and efficient project management throughout the organisation

  • Ongoing organisation and development of systems and internal meetings to help ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the bids and tenders process

  • Provide timely administrative support to ensure we maintain our company accreditations

  • Provide project analytics - project wins, sector and market analysis for BDP meetings & supplying market data

  • Support the resource management process in the analysis of time sheets and utilization

  • Support the invoice process, chasing PM's and reconciling forecast vs actual invoice values
