Project Coordinator / Events Coordinator -Lively & Fun events!

We are working with the leading provider of bespoke lighting solutions for the arts an entertainment industry. This means an energetic, fun environment where you get the opportunity to work with some very exciting TV production teams!


They are looking for a new Project Coordinator to join their lively team with the benefit of having the flexibility to work remotely the majority of the week! The company ethos is all about nurturing talent and investing in the drive and success of enterprising individuals.

JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator


JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent


COMPANY TYPE: Events


SALARY: £25,000-£29-000 *depending on experience


HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm


LOCATION: London, Park Royal. Remote working 3 days a week

Responsibilities/Duties


Reporting to the head of Project management, you will be responsible for the organisation of resources to support the smooth delivery of multiple projects including:



  • Managing crew and transport resources

  • Maintaining accurate information on all working freelance crew

  • Administrative support for crew

  • Hotel and travel arrangements

  • Distribution of information for production accreditation

  • Collation of onsite field hours

  • Generation of cost reports and issuing purchase orders to freelance crew

  • Support the Head of Project Management with client engagements, quotations, and the co-management of select repeat rental projects.



Skills and Experience



  • 3 years' experience as a coordinator in a busy Office environment

  • Experience using databases/rental management software

  • IT proficient - Microsoft office and Hiretrack desirable

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Numeracy and problem solving skills
