Our client is recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join their successful team of 15. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join their energetic and innovative recruitment team!



JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator


COMPANY: Global Recruitment Company


HOURS: 09.00am - 17.30pm


START: ASAP


SALARY: £25,000- £28,000 per annum *Depending on experience


LOCATION: London, Walking distance from Liverpool Street station. This role is based in the office full time.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Working with multiple external stakeholders to support the team leader

  • To support the administrators with any escalations

  • Building relationships with stakeholders and candidates throughout the process

  • Act as an exceptional support system to the candidates throughout the project

  • Coordinating and arranging a high volume of interviews and screenings

  • Oversee the candidate management process

  • Excel reporting and managing analytics



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A confident and effective communicator, with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • A candidate with project management experience, ideally within recruitment *not essential.

  • A self-motivated and determined individual who has a warm energy and a charismatic personality to fit in with the team, confidence is key!

  • Able to manage multiple projects and liaise with various stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel.

  • An individual who is keen to learn and grow in their career - as long-term progression opportunities will be available
