Temporary Campaign & Creative Manager (CCM)


Pay rate: £160 per day


Location: Virtual


Duration: 2 Months




We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator, to join the Campaign and Creative Management team for a huge multinational technology company.


As advertiser's "go-to" experts on the companies advertising's policy, process, creative services and retail business, CCMs earn trust and foster frustration-free advertiser experiences through seamless project management of campaigns, data-driven creative strategy recommendations and ongoing advertiser education, all aimed at helping advertisers grow their business, while upholding the end customer's experience. You will work with partners to deliver results that matter to advertisers for long-term growth. This means diving deep on creative data, recommending creative testing, and providing creative insights to advertisers. CCMs provide efficient and accurate campaign management while identifying opportunities to continuously improve workflows and implement best practices across teams.


The role provides a fast-paced environment that offers team members continual opportunities to learn, be curious and develop their skills. As a Temporary CCM, a typical day may include:



  • Obsessing over the end-customer's experience and advertiser's business experience.

  • Project managing the execution of sold advertising campaigns with internal CCM, Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance and Account Management teams.

  • Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative.

  • Consulting with CCMs on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data.

  • Assisting with the preparation for advertiser engagements to educate advertisers and improve asset quality, creative delivery, and raise awareness of our policy.

  • Troubleshooting issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.

  • Participating in or leading process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. working with the Product team to refine current tools and products).

  • Establishing and standardising creative and operational best practices with CCMs & advertisers to drive creative performance and provide frustration-free campaign launches.


Required skills



  • Proven experience / work with Agencies / Advertisers (1 - 2 year's experience preferred)

  • Basic understanding in Photoshop, HTML5 and Rich Media

  • Experience working on/knowledge of MS Office programs Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint

  • Self-starter, goal-oriented and flexible individual with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Perfect knowledge of English

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


Preferred skills



  • Preferable experience in end to end Creative Delivery and Campaign Management as well as keeping people and projects moving to tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of digital advertising industry, structure and systems.
