My client is a leading design and fit-out companies with an extensive portfolio of blue chip clients across the London area. Specialising in design, refurbishment, fit-out and design. They need a project coordinator that can work hybrid and sometimes fully remote due to office space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all works are delivered to the contract specifications/SLAs and required quality/industry standards
- Provide technical and operational support to direct reports and wider FM team including Finance and Helpdesk functions as required.
- Promote the completion quality and H&S checks to ensure works are being completed in line with program, specification and CPP.
- Provide technical support to Business development functions as and when required.
- Work closely with the Account Director, to assist with development and improve technical knowledge and impart personal site/engineering knowledge of the Client property portfolio.
- Implement an oversight and reporting mechanism for the allocated area to ensure that key milestones and completion dates are achieved across all accounts.
- Ensuring effective management controls and relevant business processes are adhered to.
- Ensuring SLAs and measurable KPIs for all works within scope are achieved
- Carry out reviews of service contracts and undertake bench-marking and re-tendering as required.
- Ensuring adequate resources to deliver the services in scope including direct labour and the supply chain to deliver the required volume of work to meet budget and contractual SLA's.
- Management of the client's lifecycle asset management program planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
- Project yourself, your team and the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- P&L responsibility for allocated area ensuring that GP levels are maximised.
- Management of WIP to ensure that the billing cycle is minimised and all applications / accounts are accurate and are issued in a timely manner.
- Act as an escalation for any debt issues working with internal resources and client teams to expedite payment and or resolve any invoice queries.
- Developing a business plan to drive efficiency and productivity to maximise profit contribution, whilst maintaining quality.
- Monitor and control all financial aspects of client accounts.
You will ideally have knowledge of the construction process including both new build and fit-out / refurbishment �Refurbishment experience should include structural alterations / extensions �Understands the pre-construction process �Can organise and manage the design phase of a project �Able to collate information from his team to prepare and present the project report. �Understanding of how to comply with a H&S policy and H&S management system �Demonstrate experience dealing with demanding clients and associated Architects and Project Managers �Relevant CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Qualifications
