Job Purpose:

The Project Co-ordinator will work with the Programme Manager in supporting the delivery of projects within the business. Effectively co-ordinating work streams across a cross functional core team that includes external and internal stakeholders for small projects.

A day in the life of being part of the project team...

Key Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate and secure necessary resource for contracted obligations.
2. Ability to handle small multiple projects at any given time.
3. Assist in the application and maintenance of project controls including risk and issue management, change requests, decision and action log maintenance.
4. Managing customer/stakeholder expectation on projects.
5. Supporting Programme Manager in the delivery of projects.
6. Behaving in accordance with the company values which recognise the importance of building effective relationships both internally and externally, delivering on our promises and continuously improving our capability and our performance.
7. Participating in ad-hoc Group projects as required.
8. Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your Manager.

Health & Safety

In order to ensure that health and safety management within the Company is effectively implemented and carried out all employee's shall:

* Familiarise yourself with and conform to the Company Health & Safety Policy at all times.
* Conform to all relevant company rules and regulations made in the interest of health, safety or welfare, e.g goggles, hearing protection, protective clothing, safe systems etc.
* Ensure that accidents & incidents are reported promptly and fully to the appropriate person, Manager or Supervisor.
* Keep all work areas clean and tidy.
* Comply with any instruction issued by a Principle Contractor or his/her representative at construction sites.
* If you are supervising trainees, ensure they are capable of undertaking any task required of them and are aware of the health & safety elements of those tasks.

Information Security

In order to ensure that business information is securely managed within the Company carried out all employees shall:

* Familiarise themselves with the relevant sections of the company Information & Security policy.
* Attend Information Security continuous update training.
* Pass business information outside of the organisation only if you are authorised to do so, as part of your duties or on the instruction of your line manager.
* Endeavour to keep secure all mobile devices and equipment to prevent data corruption.
* Adhere to the acceptable use policy for business information systems including digital communications, social media and internet access.
